International team Svítání
We love to share knowledge, experience and new approaches in Equine Assisted Services.
The International team consists of seasoned experts in Equine Assisted Services (EAS), spanning diverse disciplines such as Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-language Pathology, Psychology, Education, Social Care, and Adaptive Riding.
With decades of experience, our team has crafted educational programs, delivered specialized courses globally, engaged in research endeavours, and collaborated on international initiatives to standardize competencies and terminology within EAS.
Our extensive organizational setup and management background encompasses human resources, fundraising, project development, administration, and event coordination.
Our primary objectives revolve around promoting best practices in EAS, providing support for practitioners and equines, and fostering opportunities for satisfaction and growth.

We are pleased to announce that our Chairwoman, Věra Lantelme-Faisan, has been elected President of The Federation of Horses in Education and Therapy International AISBL (HETI) for the 2024-2027 term! This international organisation for Equine Assisted Services (EAS) brings together and supports practitioners from around the world and is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year.
Věra served as the Chairwoman of the CEFTA from 2013 to 2021. During her tenure, the organisation gained respect and recognition, with a significant increase in member centres. Many projects were realised, including: licensing for therapy horses, a certification system for centres, the introduction of e-learning into the education system as early as 2018, professional courses in English, two major ERASMUS+ projects, the publication of methodologies and quality standards covering a wide range of equine-assisted therapy, two extensive promotional campaigns to support professional and safe equine-assisted therapy practices, the use of technology to automate administrative tasks, the establishment of the European Equine-Assisted Therapy Network (EEATN), and the organisation of the European Conference on Equine-Assisted Therapy in 2021.
Věra now brings her energy, vision, and innovative ideas to the international stage. We look forward to a future full of opportunities and new experiences!
